Mariam Clinic is open on SUNDAYS from 11:00am to 5:00 pm by appointment only - no walk ins are accepted.

To schedule an appointment please call 919-824-4672.

When leaving a message clearly and slowly spell your first and last name and provide a phone number where you can be reached and your call will be returned promptly.
Appointment Reminders

You will receive a courtesy reminder call the week of your appointment. Press 1 to confirm or Press 2 to reschedule your appointment.

If the staff leaves you a message you will be required to call the clinic and confirm your appointment by 5pm Thursday. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your appointment.

If you confirm your appointment and do not show up you may lose your Mariam Clinic privileges (medical and dental) for 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
You must call the clinic by 5pm on the Thursday before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Please allow 7 days to ensure that you don't run out of medication
